Welcome everybody,
here is the new Girifalconline website.
It's been a while since the staff felt the need to have a "new dress" for this project, that we carry on with since two years. The time flies and it's never enough for people like us that, among work and study commitments, struggle all the days to find time to pimp our website. Before christmas holiday we've wrote down a list of improvements that would had made our website more enjoiable.
Here there are the new features of Girifalconline 2010:

• INTEGRATION

In the previous version, the Blog and Forum sections were parted, and this didn't exciting us. The articles were barely visible and the only thing that made Homepage eyecatching was the Radio.
Infinito and Maurs rolled up their sleeves and worked hard to integrate the Blog and the Forum section in a brand new template. Now it is possible to login once and be able to go through all the website's pages, Forum and Blog included. And all this without the need of re-subscribe, as all the old accound has been imported.

• FORUM RENOVATION

The fact that Girifalco was offstage inside the Forum section didn't meet our need. It was too fragmented and there were too many sections, so we decided to make the local news more prominent and clear, with a forum entirely devoted to events, news and politics. This to spotlight them up among daily news from around the world.

• SHARE ON FACEBOOK and FACEBOOK CONNECT

These new functions are provided by the social network and we decided to integrate them seing that our users use Facebook daily. Regarding SHARE ON FACEBOOK, you'll find buttons uderneath each articles, which allow you to share your Blog article or Forum message in your FB profile selecting the privacy level you want.
With the FACEBOOK CONNECT function, you can join your Facebook and Girifalconline account. In the case you are not registerd with Girifalconline, you can create a new account based on the FB details.

These and other small things are, at the moment, the improvements we bring to the website. It was an hard work but we didn't put ourself off. Hoping that our the efforts will be welcome we want to really thanks Infinito for the though efforts they put in this project and, as well, ALL the people that even just for a second of their precious time, gave us suggestions. To them our heartfelt thanks for giving us the opportunity to do better.
